Founded by industry experts with decades of experience in recovery and processing systems to create value-added products from collected trap grease and used cooking oil, Grease Tracker LLC was born out of the need for more efficient FOG control methods. We saw firsthand the challenges that restaurants, cafeterias, and other food service providers faced in managing their grease waste. Blockages, overflows, and the high costs of maintenance were all too common. We knew there had to be a better way.
Harnessing the power of technology, we developed a proprietary tracking system that uses Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to simplify the monitoring and reporting of grease trap servicing. This not only aids establishments in maintaining compliance, but also helps service providers and municipal agencies in managing their operations more effectively.
