Each establishment gets a unique NFC tag linked to a detailed database record. The NFC tag can be visibly placed, allowing reading without entering the premises. Service provider companies are able to use their existing smartphones and tablets with NFC tag reading capabilities. Scanning the NFC tag captures and records the tag ID, service company name, individual technician, and service comments.

Municipal or state agencies can use smartphones and tablets with NFC tag reading capabilities. Scanning an NFC tag creates an inspection record with a timestamp, inspector’s identity, establishment name, and the inspection comments.
